For the first time since its creation, Ultra RS has intervened in a food industrial site in order to detect potential defects in pulley shaft of conveyors.

Ultra RS detected defects at the conveyor shaft which is not accessible by conventional NDTs.

Our technology enabled the customer to avoid breakdown of the conveyor during operation and the recommended preemptive maintenance extended the lifetime of customer’s production chain.
